2052, Marseilles, France. City Block 7, an experimental design in corporate arcologies, was abandoned to the streets years ago. Now, teeming with over 6,000 squatters, and the site of a conflict between two rival street gangs and two rival criminal syndicates, a group of shadowrunners have been hired to clear it out and take it back.
